It's time for new "After School Snacks!" The all time favorite from last semester was the No-Bake Energy Bites. And, since they were so easy, I just had to do them again this semester. My kids seem to prefer it if I use Nutella in these instead of Peanut Butter. Can't say that I blame them.
These are the one thing I'm not sure about, but I'm wanting to try them. Hey, if they taste great, what a great way to sneak some beans in the kids diet! I think I will add in some fruit to the batter. Maybe blueberries? Or strawberries?
I think I will substitute applesauce for the butter and use less sugar.
