French Silk Pie Dip and Pie Crust Cookies

This is what Eva made today. We got the recipe from Something Swanky, and made a few changes -- I've made Pie Crust Cookies before, and I prefer to brush them with egg white and sprinkle the tops with coarse sugar.

The dip plate belonged to Eva's Great Grandmother, Viola. Now it belongs to Eva to be used for her special dip recipe. She's proud of that fact.
